Our Process




01.


Fill out the form


Please fill out the form on the "Contact Me" page or message me via my Facebook or Instagram page. I'll respond back to you as soon as possible.



02.


Consultation, contract, and payment


During our initial consultation, we will choose the right package that suits your needs, theme/setting, date, and go over any other important details. 50% Non-Refundable Retainer and signed contract is due immediately in order to book your session and date.



03.


Planning and session


After the Non-Refundable Fee is paid and contract is signed, I will begin the planning process for the session. I will be in touch in the weeks leading up to the session just to touch base. I will also be available to you for any questions or concerns that you may have. I want you to be prepared as much as possible so please don't hesitate to reach out. Once the session is complete, I will load your images and begin the culling and editing process. Please note that I may have other sessions ahead of yours and that I edit in the order that the sessions occurred.

Gallery and delivery


Once your proofs are ready for viewing, I will load them into the online gallery. You will receive an email with your access information. You will be able to choose which images you want for your package. Afterwards, I will complete the final edits and make them available for you to download. You will be sent an additional email that includes a PIN that you must enter in order to download your images.

Baby Milestones | Cake Smash

Children grow so quickly and in the blink of an eye, they are all grown up. Portraits are the perfect way to preserve these precious moments! Milestones start at 3-4 months, 6-9 month sitters, and of course the iconic Cake Smash session!

Common Questions

Where are you located and do you travel?

I'm located in Starke, FL! I service surrounding areas throughout Northeast and North Central Florida.

How many pictures will we receive?

Each package has a set amount of digital images and is stated in the package details as well as in your contract. You may purchase additional images in the A La Carte Menu.

When will our photos be available?

I work on sessions in the order that they occurred. I do not like to put a time frame because each session is different and have different editing needs. Remember, your photos are ART and art takes time. The timeframe also depends on the amount of sessions that I have to edit prior to yours. Don't worry, I understand how important these photos are to you and I will be working diligently to get them to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer Hair and Makeup with your packages?Is it required?

At this time I do not offer hair and makeup services with any of my packages but I do have several contacts for HMUA services. Having your hair and makeup done professionally is a personal choice, but I highly encourage it because it adds to the overall experience and it enhances your photos. Please be sure that you book your HMUA services with plenty of time prior to your session so that you are not late. Also, make sure that you are satisfied with your hair and makeup so that you feel your best.
